  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact

  • Products marked as “Non-Returnable”

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse, alteration, or wear

  • Clearance or final-sale items

4. Return Approval & Inspection

  • All returns are subject to quality inspection upon receipt

  • Approval or rejection will be communicated after inspection

  • Arab Wings Technology Private Limited reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions

5. Return Shipping Charges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Return shipping is free only if the return is due to:

    • Wrong product sent

    • Manufacturing defect

    • Damaged item on arrival

6. Exchange Policy
