1. Order Cancellation Policy

a) Cancellation Before Shipment

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

  • Once the order is processed or dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

b) How to Request Cancellation

Cancellation requests are accepted Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).

2. Cancellation After Shipment

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

  • In such cases, you may request a return after delivery, subject to our Return Policy.

3. Refund Policy

a) Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

  • Successful cancellation before shipment

  • Approved returns as per Return Policy

  • Damaged or incorrect product received

🚫 Non-Refundable Items:

  • Innerwear

  • Items marked as “Non-Returnable”

  • Items damaged due to misuse or wear after delivery

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 3–5 business days

  • Refunds are credited to the original mode of payment only (UPI, Card, Net Banking, Wallet, etc.)

  • Actual credit time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos of the issue

6. Order Cancellation by Company

Arab Wings Technology Private Limited reserves the right to cancel an order due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing or listing errors

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

  • Operational constraints

In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
